Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented Austin-based Bulldog Solutions in its recent sale to San Francisco-based Hero Digital, a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
Bulldog Solutions – known for “unconventional” B2B marketing – will be combined with Hero Digital’s customer experience practice to centralize the resulting firm’s B2B marketing services in the fast-growing and technology-focused business environment of Austin.
