Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented Manitoba, Canada-based K-Tec Earthmovers (K-Tec), a portfolio company of firm client Owner Resource Group, LLC, in its recent acquisition of Ashland, Wisconsin-based Ashland Industries (Ashland).
With manufacturing facilities in Manitoba, Canada and extensive dealer relationships across the United States and internationally, K-Tec is a leading manufacturer of earthmoving scrapers and accessory products serving the construction, mining, and agriculture markets. Ashland manufactures a full line of pull-type earthmovers for customers of all sizes and supplies construction-grade offset disc harrows for deep plowing, mixing and aerating.
As part of the firm’s role in the transaction, QS+S also advised on an amended credit facility with Cadence Bank in support of the acquisition and K-Tec’s ongoing growth.
