AUSTIN, Texas – Feb. 7, 2017 – Austin-based lawyers Thomas Queen, Paul Saenz and Andrea Schutz today announced the formation of their new law firm, Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC, focusing on corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial and technology transactions. The firm’s office is located at 327 Congress Ave., Suite 220, in the heart of downtown Austin.
Queen, Saenz and Schutz leave the Austin firm of Graves Dougherty Hearon & Moody, where they were shareholders and practiced for a combined 37 years. Each attorney specializes in a different but complementary aspect of business law, positioning their new firm as a uniquely well-rounded resource for businesses. The goal of QS+S is to serve as a trusted advisor through every stage of a business’s life cycle.
