Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented Houston-based US Med-Equip, LLC (USME), a portfolio company of Owner Resource Group, LLC, in its recent acquisition of Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based Medical Support Products, Inc. (MSP). Transaction terms were not disclosed.
USME provides equipment services to hospitals across the United States, with more than 35,000 of the company’s respiratory, neonatal, infusion and other devices currently deployed to improve patients’ health. MSP is a leading provider of hospital respiratory device sales, movable medical equipment rentals and biomedical repair services to healthcare providers in the Northeastern U.S.
