Andrew practices corporate and business law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, and general business counseling and governance matters.

Prior to joining Queen Saenz + Schutz, Andrew practiced in the Denver office of Holland & Hart LLP. Andrew received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and his juris doctor from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Andrew is a member of the Texas bar and Colorado bar.

When not practicing law, Andrew enjoys camping, cooking and, when able, skiing with his wife Cassidy.
