About

Carly practices corporate and business law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, commercial and technology transactions and general business counseling and governance matters.

Prior to joining Queen Saenz + Schutz, Carly practiced in the Dallas office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP. Carly received her undergraduate degree from Boston College and her juris doctor from Boston College Law School. During law school, she spent a year studying at the University of Texas School of Law.

When Carly is not practicing law, she enjoys practicing yoga, playing tennis and spending time outside exploring Austin’s nature trails with her two dogs, Mabel and Hermie.
