Lizzy practices corporate law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and general corporate counseling.

Prior to joining Queen Saenz + Schutz, Lizzy practiced in the Austin office of Husch Blackwell LLP. Lizzy received her undergraduate degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas, and her juris doctor from American University’s Washington College of Law in Washington D.C.

In her free time, Lizzy enjoys playing on various sports teams, exploring everything Austin with friends and her dog (Ralphie), and traveling.
