Luis practices corporate and business law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and private equity. He earned his law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and holds an LLM in Business Law from The University of Texas School of Law. Prior to joining Queen Saenz + Schutz, he worked in the private equity division of Rainmaker Group International in Mexico City.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and traveling.
