This includes: technology development and licensing agreements, software licenses, SaaS and cloud-based services agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, consulting and professional services agreements, terms of purchase and sale, terms of use, privacy policies and virtually any other agreement that a business encounters.

Corporate Finance
We represent investors and issuers in connection with a variety of venture capital and private equity transactions, including equity financings and convertible debt transactions. With respect to our corporate finance practice, we frequently represent clients in a variety of credit and recapitalization transactions, including senior credit facilities, mezzanine financings and other capital markets transactions. We have also represented both buy-out and venture funds in connection with fund formation and other fund governance matters.
