QS+S has an immediate opportunity available for an attorney with 2-4 years of experience with commercial and technology transactions and general corporate representation. In this role, you will act as an advisor and manage a variety of legal matters pertaining to day-to-day commercial and technology activities of companies ranging from startups to late-stage private equity-backed businesses. Ideal candidates will have experience with drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial and technology matters (including agreements related to technology development, licensing and commercialization, data and security matters, professional services, product distribution, and internet-related matters); worked in-house for a large corporation or in the transactional section of a national or international law firm; have strong personal skills and the ability to be client-facing; exhibit good judgment; have excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; experience with complex transactions and the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs; have an entrepreneurial spirit and a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school; and have strong written skills.
