Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented the founders of Austin-based Bandon Holdings (Bandon), an AnytimeFitness franchisee, in their sale of a majority interest in Bandon to Fireman Capital Partners, a consumer-focused private equity firm headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. The transaction closed on May 19, 2018. Terms were not disclosed.
Bandon is the largest franchisee in the AnytimeFitness system, operating 38 fitness clubs in Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. More information on the recently completed transaction may be found here.
