QS+S has an immediate opportunity available for an attorney with 2-4 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate representation. Experience with or a strong interest in negotiating and advising on commercial agreements is also preferred. Ideal candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm; managed client relationships; handled complex transactions and the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs; have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school; and have strong written and interpersonal skills.
