Founded in 2013 by Cassie Brown, Smart City helps fill vacancies for leading property managers across the U.S., operating in nine markets across five states. ORG partnered with founder and CEO Cassie Brown and her management team to recapitalize the business, supporting Smart City’s continued expansion through organic growth in both existing and new geographies.

As part of the firm’s role in the transaction, QS+S also advised on a new credit facility with Wintrust Bank, N.A. to support Smart City’s continued growth.
