We’re excited to announce that Grace Matthews has joined the QS+S team as an associate.
Grace is a member of the Texas and California bars and previously practiced corporate law with Baker Botts in Austin. She joins the firm following a federal clerkship for the Hon. Lee Yeakel, U.S. District Judge for the Western District of Texas.
Grace’s practice includes corporate finance and business transactions with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, and debt financings. She graduated from the University of Texas School of Law after earning her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
