Clara Martin is a corporate paralegal with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Clara is seasoned in preparing and managing Secretary of State filings across the corporate lifecycle and provides comprehensive support through each stage of the M&A process, from due diligence to closing. Clara graduated summa cum laude from Emory University with a bachelor’s degree in both English and Dance & Movement Studies and earned her paralegal certificate from Southern Methodist University.

Outside of work, Clara enjoys practicing and teaching yoga,  floral design, poetry, and spending time with friends and family.
