Erin’s practice focuses on corporate and business law and covers a wide range of industries. In her role as outside general counsel, Erin focuses on guiding businesses through all stages of their lifecycle including entity formation, corporate governance, business restructuring and reorganization, commercial transactions, and representing clients in mergers and acquisitions on both the buy and sell side.
Prior to joining Queen Saenz + Schutz, PLLC, Erin was an Associate at DuBois, Bryant & Campbell, LLP, where she focused on matters involving corporate, real estate, and construction law. =
Erin graduated from the University of Texas School of Law School, where she served as the Director of the Texas Transactional Skills Practicum, and she earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas State University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Erin is an active mentor with the Jon Brumley Texas Venture Labs and a member of the Board of Advisors for the Texas Business Law Society at the University of Texas School of Law.
In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and their three children. Erin is a native Austinite and avid supporter of community outreach programs. She and her family volunteer throughout the Austin area through the National Charity League and the Young Men’s Service League.
