Mary advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and corporate finance and governance matters across a wide range of industries, including technology, financial services, retail, energy storage, and cleantech, among others. Mary has experience representing public and private companies, as well as financial institutions, in a variety of corporate transactions, including strategic acquisitions, acquisition financings, minority investments, venture financings, and public market debuts. With a hands-on and results-oriented approach, Mary works closely with clients at every stage of their growth to drive complex transactions to successful conclusions.

Prior to joining Queen Saenz + Schutz, Mary practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP, a leading global law firm, in Austin, Texas. She graduated with Honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 2023, where she served as the Editor in Chief of the Review of Litigation, and earned her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University, where she graduated cum laude. Mary is a member of the Texas bar.
