Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented Colorado River Partners (“CO River”) in its recently completed $25 million minority growth investment in Design Pickle. The financing closed on January 28, 2022.
Founded in 2015 and based in Scottsdale, Arizona, Design Pickle is a subscription creative services company powered by custom technology and a global subscription workforce. Design Pickle’s all-in-one creative services include graphic design, custom illustrations, presentation design, and motion graphics.
As part of the firm’s role in the transaction, QS+S also advised CO River on fundraising and fund-formation activities.
