Charleigh’s practice encompasses entity formation and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, debt financing, and general business consulting and contractual matters.
Before joining QS+S, Charleigh gained experience at a Big Four accounting firm in international taxation and served as a corporate associate at Libby Sparks Willis & Starnes PLLC and Calhoun, Bhella & Sechrest, LLP. In these roles, she primarily represented startups and emerging companies in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters.
Charleigh earned her J.D. from William & Mary Law School, where she was a member of Law Review, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and founded and served as president of the First Generation Students Alliance, an organization dedicated to providing resources and funding for first-generation students. She received her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Longwood University, where she played NCAA Division I lacrosse.
Outside of her legal practice, Charleigh enjoys playing, coaching, and watching lacrosse, hiking with her dog Mable, and long-distance running.
