Cobalt, headquartered in Ardmore, Oklahoma, is an operator of oilfield wastewater disposal and hydrocarbon extraction facilities in Oklahoma’s Andadarko Basin. Bison, headquartered in Oklahoma City, is one of the largest privately held energy services companies in Oklahoma.
