Bryan focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance and governance matters across a broad range of industries, including technology, manufacturing, financial services, hospitality and gaming, among others. Bryan has nearly a decade of experience advising private equity funds and public and private companies, as well as boards of directors and senior management, on a range of complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-outs, spin-offs and various financings and investments. A versatile corporate lawyer, Bryan forges long-term relationships with clients to advance their business objectives and drive transformative transactions to successful close.

Prior to joining Queen Saenz + Schutz, Bryan practiced at Latham & Watkins LLP, a leading global law firm, in Houston, Texas, where he served as a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee and Associates Committee. He graduated magna cum laude from Washington University School of Law in 2016, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as the managing editor for the Washington University Jurisprudence Review, and earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2013. Bryan is a member of the Texas bar.

In his free time, Bryan enjoys running and weightlifting, live music and spending time with his wife, Kelsey, and his daughter, Winston.
