Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented All-State Industries, Inc. (“All-State”), a Blue Sage Capital portfolio company, in its recent acquisition of substantially all of the assets of dB Engineering, Inc., a Mansfield, Texas-based manufacturer of thermal, acoustic and vibration isolation components for OEMs throughout North America with a strong expertise in the vibration and insulation arena.
The transaction is the third acquisition that All-State has closed since partnering with Blue Sage Capital in 2019.
