Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented Blue Sage Capital in its recently completed investment in Cobra Legal Solutions LLC (Cobra). The transaction closed on April 5, 2021. Transaction terms were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas with an additional office in Chennai, India, Cobra is a leading provider of legal support services including eDiscovery, due diligence, document review, contract management and legal research.
As part of the firm’s role in the transaction, QS+S also advised on a new credit facility with Comerica Bank to support Cobra’s growth.
