Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC (“QS+S”) represented Impact Property Solutions (“Impact”), a Blue Sage Capital backed company, in connection with its recent acquisition of the assets of Interior Concepts, Inc., an Arizona corporation (“Interior Concepts”).
Interior Concepts is an Arizona-based provider of flooring products and installation services to multifamily and commercial properties.
QS+S represented Blue Sage Capital in its investment in Impact on December 31, 2020. This transaction represents the fourth acquisition by Impact since Impact began its partnership with Blue Sage.
