Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC (“QS+S”) represented Easy Ice, LLC (“Easy Ice”) in its recently completed acquisitions of certain assets of Southwest Refrigeration and Air Services, Inc. (“Southwest Refrigeration”) and Roxboro Refrigeration, Inc. (“Roxboro”).
Southwest Refrigeration has served customers in South Florida for nearly 50 years, while Roxboro has been serving customers in North Carolina and Virginia for 22 years. Easy Ice is the largest national provider of managed commercial ice machine rentals, and these acquisitions will further expand Easy Ice’s operations in these states.
