Cardinal Staffing provides a diverse suite of services, including light-industrial, office and clerical, professional talent and direct hire.
SureStaff is primarily focused on serving the light industrial staffing segment and serves customers across various industries including logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and production.
As part of the firm’s role in the transaction, QS+S also advised on an amended senior credit facility with Fifth Third Bank to support SureStaff’s growth.
