Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented Alliance Fleet, LLC (“Alliance Fleet”), a portfolio company of Owner Resource Group (“ORG”), in its acquisition of Vital Truck & Van (“Vital”), a light commercial vehicle upfitter operating out of Illinois and Colorado. Vital’s founders, Corey Stanley and Neil Garlock, will join Alliance Fleet and continue to have an ownership stake in the go-forward business.
