Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented Bill Gosling Outsourcing Corp. (“BGO”), a portfolio company of Owner Resource Group (“ORG”), and its affiliates in the sale of BGO to Frontenac, a Chicago-based private equity firm.

Headquartered in Barrie, Ontario, BGO is a global business process outsourcing platform providing accounts receivable management, customer experience and other back-office services. BGO partners with clients in the fintech, auto finance, digital native and utilities sectors, delivering outcomes across onshore, nearshore and offshore locations. Queen Saenz + Schutz represented ORG in its original acquisition of BGO in 2020 and continued to represent ORG and BGO as BGO grew from approximately 2,500 to more than 7,000 employees, acquired meaningful international assets and entities, scaled its operations and customer market across the globe, and added proprietary capabilities that have accelerated BGO’s tech-enabled service delivery.
