Queen Saenz + Schutz PLLC represented Austin-based Via 313 in its recent transaction with Salt Lake City, Utah-based Savory, a Mercato Partners fund.
Founded by brothers Brandon and Zane Hunt, Via 313 is an award-winning Detroit-style pizza concept with five locations in Central Texas. In August 2020, Via 313 was named “2020 Pizzeria of the Year” by Pizza TodayTM. Together, Savory and Via 313 will look to expand Via 313’s highly popular brand to more cities across America.
